Lifter Meeting 7:30 am
Lifting starts at 8:15 am

Entry Fee: $125 Adult (teen not in high school) 
High School $95
Crossover add on(s) – $40 per

Spectator & Coaches fee: $10 at the door, children under 10 are free 
Full Power,  or Push/Pull or Bench or Deadlift only
